Brad Chvatal isn’t your typical orthodontic consultant, and that’s exactly the point. He brings straight talk, real-world results, and a refreshing approach to helping orthodontists build practices and lives they actually love.

After scaling his own practice to three locations and millions in production, Brad discovered something that changed everything. In one year, his team doubled production simply by shifting their mindset. No new tech. No massive expansion. Just clarity, culture, and the right systems.

That moment shaped his entire consulting philosophy — that growth doesn’t have to mean burnout. It means getting clear on what you want, building the right practice to support it, and cutting all the crap that’s getting in the way.
Brad attended the University of Arizona for his Bachelor of Science in molecular and cellular biology and graduated summa cum laude. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health & Sciences University and his Master of Science in oral biology and certificate of orthodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry. He is also Board Certified.

As an Orthodontist, he knows that continuing education is critical to doing his job well and stays at the forefront of the latest orthodontic methods to ensure his patients receive the best care possible. He is also continually learning and applying his extensive experience to bring Orthodontists the best business and practice consulting.

Matthew Dunn
Matthew Dunn brings to orthodontic consulting a unique combination of Fortune 100 corporate and business experience, ortho business knowledge at the practice and corporate level, and sales and executive coaching expertise.

Matthew has worked extensively in the orthodontic industry, in practice and team development, consulting with ortho companies, training at vendor and regional seminars, and speaking at the AAO. He also worked for five years as the VP of Strategic Development for a large multi-state orthodontic company. He was key in growing it from 9 million to 27 million over that period, and from 4 to 12 doctors and 2 to 7 practices.

One of the premier coaches in the country, he has delivered over 6,000 coaching sessions to mostly C-Level executives and business owners. He consulted for and appeared on national television as a guest expert coach for NBC’s Emmy award winning reality life coaching television show ‘Starting Over.’
Previously, Matthew worked in the corporate arena as a National Corporate Training Manager for Best Buy, where he designed and implemented the first Management Certification program in the company’s history. He was responsible for the certification and training of all Sales Managers, national management skills training, and internal consulting.

He then went to work for Tony Robbins as a Master Coach and Trainer, helping build the Coaching division, gaining extensive experience in interpersonal influence and Executive coaching, and teaching at Leadership and Coaching seminars.
